" I purchased my first HD in April of 2010 and have had Freedom do all the work on my bike. There service department have been excellent in advising me on all modifications and maintenance. They rebuilt my 88 c.i. engine to a 95 c.i. putting on their recommended conversion kit parts including the Vance & Hines 2 to 1 High output exhaust system. The bike dyno'd just over 100 h.p.,with 98+ foot lbs of torque, plus I'm getting 51 mpg (with normal riding) approximately 48 mpg (riding it aggressively). These guys really know how to increase performance.
They've also started a 100 HP Club, this is going to be a blast. There has been a couple of times when I couldn't either get my bike down to Freedom or pick my bike up, no problem, they offer a service for pick-up and delivery, there is a charge for the service but its been a great help for me. Just set a time with the service department and its done.
The guys in parts have also been extremely helpful with making the correct purchases for my bike whether HD or aftermarket parts.
I definitely recommend Freedom HD, go on down and check them out.

"Service has always been super, fast and quick. My wife and I both have our own touring bikes and have all our service done at Freedom. They are always willing to help and are very honest and upfront with what is needed to be done. If the bike doesn't require the service, they will be honest and tell us, they don't "run up the bill", something not always found at service centers. We respect and appreciate the advice and service they give our motorcycles. We always leave feeling we got the right work completed and at a more than fair price. Always have a safe secure feeling riding away that the motorcycles are in tip-top condition. "I was touring around the USA on my new Softail in May 2002. The service guys at Freedom Harley saved my bacon on the Saturday morning of the Memorial Day long weekend. I had accidentaly put diesel in the tank at Leadville on a cold afternoon during a snow shower. Spent one night in Frisco and then managed to limp down the mountain arriving at Freedom Harley one hour before closing time. I had to be in Tennessee in three days to meet my daughter. She had been working as nanny in DC for the last 12 months and had taken some time off to meet me in Tennessee. The situation seemed desperate. However you guys dropped everything, gave me a cup of coffee flushed the tank, stripped and cleaned the carbies and changed the plugs and got me on my way. Even gave me a spare set of plugs which I kept as a memento. Without your help I would have spent the long weekend in Denver. As it turned out I arrived in Tennessee on time and the Harley was still purring like a kitten. I will be cruising through Denver again in September this year and will be scheduling a servive at Freedom Harley. I was really impressed with your can do attitude and friendly service. Thanks guys.

"I had an electrical problem with my 2008 Electra Glide Standard. Battery, Stator and Voltage Regulator were all shot. Freedom had all the parts, except the voltage regulator, which was about a month out to get one in. We all know that is not acceptable. Freedom went all out with a dealer locate and was able to find one. I was back on the road shortly. Good Work - Service Department"

"I truely appreciate the guys at Freedom, Wally was my sales person and he made me feel comfortable. I shopped around before I bought my '04 1200 custom and every place I went the sales people acted like they didn't want my business when I came to Freedom no one talked down to me and I got treated with the respect I deserved as a customer. Every time I come in for parts or service the guys talk to ME and let me know the latest for my bike and the do's and don't's I don't have to have my husband with me, I greatly appreciate that Seriously I go to some of these HD shops and they either ignore me or act like "oh it's just a girl". "Recently had cams and a gear drive installed, when I picked the bike up, I couldn't even tell they had touched it! there was not 1 greasy fingerprint anywhere, no leaks, no drips, and the bike runs great, and they boxed up and saved all my old parts for me to inspect. I'm very picky as far as detail goes, and I must say, this is probably the only service I have ever had done, and have no complaints whatsoever. Definitely recommend!"

"I had been searching for a Harley for months when I found my 2006 Sportster at Freedom. Respectable deal for a great bike from Gavin. I paid cash so financing wasn't an issue. I did use the HD insurance broker which was fast, easy and cost effective. I have heard the Service Dept takes good care of the customer and plan on having the Sporty serviced there when the time comes. Purchasing from Freedom was a pleasant experience and I am happy to recommend this dealership."

"Me and my friend bought 2 lease return Police Road Kings, unseen over the internet, for a road trip to NYC and further shipping to our homes in Sweden. It was an all positive experiance for both of us. The bikes were in excellent condition, Freedom helped us out with temporary registration, extra parts and clothing. They really helped out a lot like the great people they are.
A lot of times we didn't think it would be possible for us to ride some 4200 miles through the beautiful U.S. but Freedom helped us out on the trip of our lifetime.
The bikes are now cruising the Swedish West Coast and are heading for new adventures in "the old world".
